Visited the zoo recently! Enjoy my favorite pictures for this week.

I took along my 6D and the 70-200mm f4L IS lens. Wanted to take the Sigma 35mm, but my girlfriend pointed out that was a little too geeky to keep the lens pouch on my belt. She was right.

Hate to say it, but I don’t think I ever left f/5.6 the whole time. That lens THRIVES right there, throughout most of its focal length. Gives enough depth of field to capture the subject and still separate the background. It’s lazy but it’s the look I like for that lens.
